LANGUAGE

Turkish is the official language of the congress. Simultaneous translation English – Turkish – English will be provided for all scientific sessions.

The bilingual congress language is Turkish and English, and there will be English/Turkish simultaneous translation in the halls during scientific presentations.

TRANSPORTATION

Dalaman is the nearest international airport which is 95 km away from Marmaris. There are paid shuttle services from Dalaman Airport to Marmaris city center and from Marmaris to Hotel you can easily find private/shared taxi and minibus.

VISA

All participants are required a valid passport to enter Turkey. Citizens of some countries may obtain visa before arrival and some may obtain it at the airport upon arrival. The most updated visa information can be received from the web-site of Republic of Turkey Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If you need an invitation letter for visa procedure, please contact with Congress Secretariat.

It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a Visa with no commitment from the organizers to provide any financial support.

Participants who have completed their congress registration will be sent via the Congress Secretariat to request congress invitation letters to be given to their institutions. Such invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes.

EXHIBITION & SPONSORSHIP

The Congress offers an opportunity for sponsorship and participation in a commercial exhibition. All requests for bookings are allocated on a first come, first served basis. In order to reserve your sponsorship/exhibition booth please contact congress secretariat.

During the congress, participating companies will be able to exhibit their products in the area allocated to them in the meeting center. The exhibition area will be open to visitors throughout the meeting. Exhibition area and sponsorship details will be announced on the website very soon.

CERTIFICATE of ATTENDEE & CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION

Certificate of Attendee will be issued for each participant. Attendees must pick up the certificate personally. There is no exception.

All participants who have completed the congress registration will be given a certificate of participation at the end of the congress. A certificate will not be issued or issued in anyone else's name.

CLIMATE

The climate of Marmaris is classic Mediterranean Climate. Average temperature for November is between 13°C / 55°F to 22°C / 72°F.

PERSONAL INSURANCE

The meeting organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to meeting participants, either during, or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own insurance.

There is no special insurance program for the participants by the congress organization. It is recommended that you have your own personal insurance for possible problems such as illness, injury, loss of luggage, travel problems, accidents, etc.
