EXHIBITION AREA

The commercial/technical exhibition will be held at the conference center. The floor plan will be designed to maximize exhibitors’ exposure to the delegates and all coffee breaks will be held in the exhibition area. Minimum booth size is 6 square meters.

• Prices are exclusive of % 18 VAT
• Booths no 20-21-22-23-24-25 are 6 sqm.

Booth Price includes (per each 6 sqm):

• 1 table
• 2 chairs
• 2 pot lights
• Extension chord
• General cleaning service

Allocation of the Exhibition Space
Space allocation will be made on a “first come, first served” basis. Space allocations will be made in the order in which application forms with payment are received.

Fairground: For each stand, 1 table, 2 chairs, 2 spotlights, 1 extension cable, and garbage bin will be provided.

Fair Program:

• 23 November 2024: 13:00 – 20:00 Fair Setup
• 24 – 27 November: 09:00 – 19:00 Fair
• 28 November: 09:00 – 13:00 Fair Dismantling

Stand Selection: For stand applications, those who have applied for a stand and paid the fee will have the right to choose a stand according to the confirmation date order.
